Slipstream started in 2002 by Clair Morey.
She has been teaching swimming since 1991.
“My Affirmation for teaching swimming is Persistence, Perseverance, and Patience.
I learnt to swim at the age of 5. My eldest sister had saved a friend’s life by finding him in the pool and calling his Mother. Having a Mother that had never learnt to swim and was terrified of water my sister started swimming lessons immediately. In the first lesson, my sister was thrown into the deep end and told to swim. As my Mom could not swim at all this terrified her completely.”
