More About The Slipstream Swim School Owner

Slipstream started in 2002 by Clair Morey.
She has been teaching swimming since 1991.

“My Affirmation for teaching swimming is Persistence, Perseverance, and Patience.

I learnt to swim at the age of 5. My eldest sister had saved a friend’s life by finding him in the pool and calling his Mother. Having a Mother that had never learnt to swim and was terrified of water my sister started swimming lessons immediately. In the first lesson, my sister was thrown into the deep end and told to swim. As my Mom could not swim at all this terrified her completely.”

Took my grandies there for swimming lessons. Two enclosed heated pools and very competent swimming instructors.

Clair is absolutely fantastic with little ones. Clair has patience of a saint, is kind and caring. She has taught both my kids to swim and teaches kids from babies. Her pool is always sparkling clean and a happy environment. My kids have both loved learning to swim with Teacher Clair

BEST. SWIMMING. COACH. EVER!I simply could not be happier than I am with Clair. Charlotte starter swimming with Clair at around 20 months. She loves her swimming and is excelling well beyond any expectation I had. Clair is excellent with children. I highly recommend her
